CMS policies

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer and COD to businesses in the lower 48. All AZ residents are subject to state sales tax unless you have a valid resale number.

All prices reflect a 2.5% cash discount not available to credit card purchases.

Special Orders

Special order items are items we don’t normally stock, sell or carry. All special orders must be prepaid.

Shipping

We ship small packages domestically with UPS and internationally with Fed Ex. All freight is shipped via Fed Ex Freight or Fed Ex National LTL. We do not ship USPS.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No returns on special orders.

Warranty

New parts come with manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
