CMS 930 BILLET SIDE PLATE

 

The original 930 differential side cover is made of cast aluminum, not to mention itís pretty thin.Under load there can be a tremendous force applied to this cover, and it can break, sometimes resulting in a damaged ring and pinion-or worse.Upgrading to a billet side plate will add significant strength and increased reliability to the differential section.

 

Our design features include:

         A ring gear thrust bolt to reduce ring gear deflection under load

         Ports that can be used for an oil cooling system

         Cross drilled oil passageways for the diff bearing.Works both upright and inverted

CMS 915/930 FORK COVER PLATE

 

Our billet fork cover plate replaces part 915.303.023.02 and will allow you to scavenge oil without having to drill, tap or weld to the case.Within the oil passageway is a temp sender provision that is usable even when not utilizing the scavenge port.

 

Features:

         Proper knock off tabs/pry points for easy removal

         300F temp sender included

         -8AN oil scavenge port (-8AN adapter included)

         Uses your existing fork, fork studs and dowel pins

ALBINS 930 SYNCHRO TEETH

 

Sometimes termed as dog ring or synchro hub, these are the teeth that your shift sleeve/slider engages into.If you have a bad synchronizer and if you have been grinding going into gear - you probably need to replace this part.
